Making Go-Live a success
The first step to a successful Dynamics NAV Go-Live is Choosing the right Dynamics Partner. In fact this is even more important than choosing the right product.

How to determine if Go-Live was unsuccessful
This is always subjective, but to truly gauge it, you must create a set of Go-Live Success criteria before you start the implementation.

Steps to recover a NAV project
Your first step is to take a step back and look at the status, and determine what went wrong. You need to do this in terms of deciding what can be fixed and how. Do not use this process as a who to blame session. This process is called a Post implementation review.
